Welcome to TrendPlay. By creating an account or submitting a video link, you agree to these Terms of Service. TrendPlay is a discovery platform that embeds publicly available YouTube videos using YouTube's official embedding technology. We do not host, store, copy, or rebroadcast any MP4, audio, or video files on our servers.

Ownership & liability acknowledgement

"By clicking publish/submit, the user represents, warrants, and guarantees that they are the original owner of the YouTube channel or hold full lawful copyrights and permissions to distribute this content via embedding technology, and assumes full legal liability if proven otherwise."

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrendPlay. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any videos you submit.

2. Two account types

  • Regular accounts — anyone can sign up to follow creators, view, and share videos they lawfully own.
  • Verified creator accounts — granted by TrendPlay administrators upon proof of channel ownership. Verified accounts display a blue badge.

3. Anti-impersonation

Impersonating another person, brand, or YouTube channel is strictly prohibited. Any user can report a suspected impersonator using the "Report impersonation" button on any profile. TrendPlay reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts at its discretion.

4. Content & DMCA

Every video on TrendPlay is an embedded YouTube link. If you believe a submission violates copyright or our community guidelines, use the "Report / DMCA" button under the player. We respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.

5. No hosted media

TrendPlay is a zero-server-hosted platform for video files. All playback occurs through the embedded YouTube iframe player; all video files remain on YouTube's infrastructure and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe copyright, impersonate others, or harm the community.

7. Disclaimer

TrendPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendPlay is not liable for user-submitted content or any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. No affiliation with YouTube or Google

TrendPlay is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. "YouTube" and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC. All videos are played through the official YouTube embedded player and remain hosted on YouTube; we do not host, download, or re-upload any video content.
